Unfortunately theshop uses an unreliable carrier (UPS) to deliver their products. They offer "free shipping" then ask you to be off work to sign for the package, then the useless carrier doesn't meet their own tracking delivery dates so you wind up taking two days off work to wait by the door.Then it still doesn't show up so you move on, theshop then charges you the return delivery fee and takes a week to return your money. When you complain, theshop blames the delivery man and says oh well we're sorry you must pay, and when you say I lost two days work waiting on this $1200 watch they say sorry it's our policy.on is they care nothing about their customers or they would use a reliable delivery service and not cost their customers time off work and delivery fees.Do yourself a favor and find a competitor that uses Fedex delivery, they are reliable and show up on time.
