Although I received a watch that was a bit defective, they happily accepted the return and I was able to purchase a watch that I liked better!

I ordered a Kors watch from theshop. Having ordered from them before (a men's TAG watch that was over $2,000) I expected great quality and service. I already own the watch I ordered, but it was over 3 years old, the gold was getting dull and the battery had died. Since I loved the watch and couldn't find another one I liked as much, I decided to order the same one. It came in the mail two days before I left for Thanksgiving vacation and rushed to take it to get the links removed to fit perfectly. On Day 2 into the trip I noticed it wasn't keeping time and the pin was longer in the watch. I called customer service (twice) when I got back into town and after the cyber ush to report the issue. They were rude and disrespectful and claimed that the pin doesn't just fall out and I must have done something to the watch. They said they would send me an Rh I never received) and once they received the watch they would look at the damage and let me know if they would fix it. I took it to a local watch repair shop and used the pin from my old watch to fix the new one. Needless to say, customer service is a priority and I will never use them again, regardless if they have the best price around. If you look them up on BBB you will see all of the complaints. Hindsight is always 20/20.
