They charge for original shipping if you return an item. They shouldn't advertise it as free shipping, because it's only free if you keep a watch. I don't know of any other company that does this. I understand why they would want to do this, but they should be honest and clear. I ordered three watches to see which one I liked best. When I returned the other two, I paid $25 each to ship back to them, then they charged me another $22 each for their supposedly free shipping. If I had known I would have ordered one at a time.
