I returned a watch for repairs when it stopped working after a few months. Four months and many phone calls later there is still no sign of the watch. Staff are unwilling to discuss it with me.

I bought a Tissot watch from theshop. Few weeks after it friend of mine who bought the same model but at Kay jewerly store noticed some differences in our watches. We took it to the official Tissot reseller - Kay, we compared my watch and theirs, they have different weight with and without bracelet, they look slightly different. The watchmaker opened it and there is a "Taiwan" print inside. We called Tissot North America representative. They said there is no Tissot watch made in Taiwan. Now we know that I have a fake watch. Shame on you theshop.
