I am extremely dissatisfied with theshop. I bought a watch that was NOT labeled a 'atch. Come to find out it was a tch when I received it. I called their customer service line. They were very friendly and accommodating (verbally). I was instructed to order the same watch in 'Women's', pay in full, pay to ship the wrong watch back to them ($10), and that they would give me a FULL REFUND for the watch I returned. I did everything on my end. They took shipping out of my refund. I called immediately and the supervisor denied me the shipping refund, regardless of the fact that I was told I would get it. Terrible!!!

This is really a nice watch and authentic. I got it several days I ordered it, it looks better than online. I think this is a good gift for my wife, I will buy again.
