I have purchased more than 50 watches, by the time I can recommend it to a friend because it is a serious company and formal. Have to improve in the quality control because I have about 2 to 4 watches or scored with minimum damage but have a good customer service to be able to claim and that you change the article. I recommend that you have the free return shipping for orders that do not comply with our expectations. But in general I am happy with your service.order ,"1

Ordered a Citizen Eco-Drive tch BE and all I received was an empty Citizen watch box. Called customer service and they needed photos of shipping box, which had all its secure packing tape in place on arrival.I have no problems giving them photos. is the 7-10 days needed for their investigation. Their investigation should NOT be at my expense or inconvenience. I'm leaving in 4 days for a 2 week trip and bought this watch specifically for this trip. Now, I won't have a watch for the trip.Very disappointed!!!!!!
