theshop is great I have never found a cheaper better quality new watch anywhere. watch got to me in efficient amount of time and my husband LOVED it and was so suprised for our one year wedding anniversary! Order number # ,"1

The shipping was quick. The shipping speed was phenomenal, but the box was not secured with the watch and I had to exchange because I received a cracked watch. When I called the lady took care of the issue after some explanation and me being forced to send in a photo of the crack for the return label. I thought she was rude, but she got the job done. The exchange process was lengthy as it took close to two weeks to get a new watch from the time I mailed the watch back to them. I'd just recommend better initial packing to prevent damage in shipping.
