The watch is excelent

Purchased an Oris watch, sent the watch back to exchange for another, didn't hear anything back for almost weeks, Finally I had to call in myself to see what the status of my return was, I was told that my package came in empty!! ALL THIS TIOT ONE PHONE CALL TO LET If it was me and a package did come in empty I would have called instantly. I spoke to a representative & then a manager, both were very rude, wouldn't answer any of my questions about the package. Very unhappy customer. Will never do business again.
