In November 2013, I ordered the Raymond Weil Shine Ladies Watch (. 1500-ST1-05303). Price: The regular theShop price on-line was about $400 less than I could find elsewhere, so I purchased the watch. Customer Service: Several days after ordering, while checking if the watch had shipped, I noticed theShop advertising the watch for even less. I contacted theShop asking if - since the watch hadn't yet shipped - I could purchase it at the lower price. ah responded with a "no problem," and gave me the new price. So, I purchased this watch at a steeply discounted rate! The watch arrived in great condition. The watch wouldn't run, but that turned out to be no problem. I called theShop's 877-834-1434 number, spoke with Leo, and he told me it was probably a battery issue. Leo explained I should simply have the battery replaced then e-mail him a copy of the repair receipt, for which theShop would reimburse me. I had the battery replaced (only cost $32, so it wouldn't have been a big deal under any circumstances), and I've e-mailed the receipt to Leo at theShop.Summary: 5 Stars! I could not be happier with the product, price, and service. Through theShop, I now have a beautiful timepiece which I'm proud to own, for an exceptionally competitive price. theShop's customer service was exceptional: no problems, just great solutions.

I was going into this purchase with a little bit of concern for whether theshop could be trusted. I had never purchased a grey market watch before and I had been reading some mixed reviews of the company, even though the majority had been positive. I purchased a Tissot Le Locle watch at a major discount from the had it shipped to my place across the country to the Pacific Northwest under 3 day shipping. I placed the order on Thursday night and got my watch on Wednesday afternoon as promised. As soon as I made the purchase, I received a receipt and notice from theshop and also one from Norton Shopping Guarantee. I then received a notice from UPS that the watch had shipped the next afternoon. From there, I had a UPS tracking number that I could use to see where my watch was headed. When I got the watch, it was brand new with an original Tissot box with the tag and serial number attached. I love my watch and am writing this review to try to ease an concerns that others might have about shopping with this company. From my experience, they are trustworthy.

Asked for reason why is there a delay in shipping and got a shocking response from sales representative asking if I am willing to wait or cancel the order.I am more disappointed with the tone of the email. theshop you need to hire and train right people at least in customer service department.
