First time my wife purchased a watch from here I was super skeptical.... But once it arrives....watches r 100% authentic/ and priced perfectly!

I have bought an eterna watch from theshop, order number . The watch itself didnt come with any protection plastic foils/screens on the bracelet, only in a plastic wrap around the watch case. I have found that this is normal with eterna, but the bracelet clasp was scratched (which i dont find acceptable), for which the customer service apologized, assured me they never sell second hand or used watches and offered a refund. So, afterall, i am satisfied with their service and I am not afraid to buy from theshop again.
