I am amazed at the good reviews of theshop on your website!ience with theshop is very poor - I have a problem that should be easy to fix but I am confronted with rude junior staff that obviously have no customer service training.Briefly I ordered a Heritor HR2401 mens watch on line - the website at my end OR theshops end malfunctioned before the order was completed and I was not sure the purchase had been completed. Immediately I emailed theshop to determine if the order was received and was informed it had not. I was told to make the order on line. Guess what two watches and two payments!I would think theshop would help to fix this problem but they have been unhelpful and I'm sure I'm dealing with junior staff. I am from Australian and am not use to this service from overseas businesses.Cannot anyone suggest what I should do?

I purchased on nc Pen to replace one I unfortunately had stolen.First Time, I purchased a product from theshop and am extremely pleased with the help from the Customer Service Line, the ease of ordering on the Website, the Delivery and of course the price. I will order from theshop in the future and highly recommend my friends and colleagues do the same.Order number ,"1
