I live in Washington DC and have a major problem with package thefts. I chose theshop so that I could use UPS shipping and have the package redirected to my neighborhood store. For whatever reason, theshop has told UPS that they can't redirect ANY of their packages and they also neglect to inform the consumer of this during any part of the order process. Luckily my package did not get stolen but theshop did not help or assist me in any way once I called in, they also could not give me a reason for their policy or why they don't inform their customers. Thanks.

The price is very competitive. There was a shipping issue with a wrong adresse. Not the fault of theshop but I had to be persistent in order to speak with customer service and figure out the problem. They did not make the effort to call me back to update me on the situation.
