I have bought a few times from theshop - usually no issues. Recently I needed a stainless band, and it didn't come with pins - they are special narrow bodies and almost impossible to source - they should have noted that pins are not included - all other bands I have bought from many suppliers include them. Also, the ran a dinner card promo - when I went to use the code it their was no place on the web page for it - I emailed the - they were closed for the holiday. By the time they responded, the promo was over and they would not honor it.
