theshop wrongfully charged me $10 for Holliday shipping, when a promo code for free shipping was entered and applied to my order. After receiving and reviewing email confirmation of my order minutes later I realized I was charged for shipping so I sent an email right away to get it corrected on (12/18/15). "K***" theshop's customer service rep emailed me back on (12/20/15), and told me my order shipped with Holiday shipping and thats why I was charged $10, I emailed her back that day (12/20/15) asking her again a second time to fix my order because I placed it with free shipping. K*** never responded to that email. went out to UPS on (12/21/15). K*** failed to correct my order how it was originally placed (free shipping). The last email I received on (12/22/15) was an email saying my order had shipped and it provided a tracking number. I replied that day (12/22/15) asking K*** if she had taken care of the shipping issue. She replied on (12/23/15) telling me it was not taken care of. I called customer service after that last email on (12/23/15) to talk to a different customer service rep to get the refund for the $10 shipping I was charged, I was told it was my fault and they would not fix the shipping charge for me because it had already shipped and wasn't adjusted prior to shipping... When in reality I made contact twice prior to it shipping. When I explained this I was still told they will not refund me the $10. I then spoke to the manager and was told because its their busy season because of Christmas they didn't have time to get to my issue so they shipped it anyways even after hearing from me. Horrible customer service! It's not even about the money... Its about the principle and treating customers right!
