Some friends recommended theshop to me while I was choosing a Tissot watch. I found it really a trusted store, nice watch and best price through comparing online. The package was intact when I received 3 business days later. Until now, the watch is accurate, I love it so much. so I recommend it.

I ordered a Hamilton Khaki King Scuba Black watch last month 7th June. But somehow the item didn't come to my office while USPS said it delivered. (Later figured out that they lost my item and said USPS only can guarantee $100 for priority mail, btw, the watch values $425.) Actually I know this is 100% USPS's fault but I am pretty sure that theshop also have to have certain manual for this kind of issues to protect their customers.So, after I contacted theshop sales Dept. they said the refund will be operated no longer than 10 business days but today is 27th July, it's been more than 20 days from first claim and more than month from original purchase date. is that I'm not even sure when actual refund will happen. How can I use this online shop again which has this poor customer service.
