I bought my TISSOT T-Touch Expert Solar in Sept, but the maunal came with it is for another watch. After contacting the customer service, they sent me a manual for another different watch again. At that time, it has been more than one month after my purchase, I then sent all the info and pictures to their customer services and they replied to check with the warehouse, but no feedback since then. Now I have been using this multifunctional watch without knowing any of its functions for two months, check with their customer service today and still no feedback. Honestly speaking, their sales services is very nice but after sale service seems on the opposite, especially terrible when it is out of return period. I would not recommend anyone with this website.
