I found it unacceptable that I was told 1 day after placing my order that the item was back ordered and would ship in 2-4 days. Then 3 days later I receive an email that says it is back ordered by 3-5 weeks. Not only that, but I also see when I go to the website that you are still selling it to others saying "usually ships in 7-10 days". This is horrible service. Why lie to people about when they can receive something. Especially around the holidays when there are deadlines as to when people need things.
