After considering other reputable dealers to purchase a watch, I chose theshop based on extensive positive reviews by other buyers, their ranking with the Better Business Bureau and of course their pricing. ase via their web site was flawless. Processing my order and delivery was exceptionally fast. I would also note that the packaging was very well done to ensure the watch was not damaged in transit. The only area where theshop needed improvement was in responding to emails. After not receiving an email within three days, I contacted theshop customer service and received a response. theshop did respond via email afterward and were very apologetic for the delay. I would not hesitate to purchase again from theshop.
