it was okay dealing with them, did what they expected. Certainly hope they would have better pricing in future, They need to look at bridging the gap between customer satisfaction to customer delight.. that's where the fun begins

order with the firm was OK, but on the 2nd order for 3 items I needed prompt delivery thus paid for Next Day Delivery. I then received 1 item after 4 days, and the other two after a week. It was even worse that when I contacted Customer Service after the late delivery of the 1st item they told me that they would cancel the other two pending items and refund me, but they didn't do it. On my next contact their Customer Service blamed Finance Department for a confusion. I told them that's not acceptable as to me they all are theshop, not individuals.

I ordered a pair of polarized Ray Ban Aviators ( order: ) and couldn't be happier with them. The price was unbeatable and I will definitely be ordering from theshop again.
