Hi,I recently bought a Fossil watch from theshop. I didn't like the product as it was bit different from the image. Then I thought if returning but they have a policy where the customer has t ship back the product?come on if I had t do so then y would I go for online shopping? To ship back the product I had to shell out close to $10. To my surprise when I tried revived the refund 5$ was also detected from my amount. So I landed up wasting 15$ For no reason but just buying a product from them. I got no replies from them even after my 3 emails. This is not acceptable n very disappointing.I would never shop again

actually bought the watch that I now have and initially was sceptical about placing an order for a nice watch at a reasonable price with your company. ecause she was using her credit card to pay for a more expensive item from a company she was not familiar with. The watch, a citizen, came in a timely manner and I am very happy with it. Thanks again so much.
