I have purchase several watches from theshop from fairly high end to some basic stuff. On one occasion I purchased a U-Boat and it stopped working. They told me to go get a batter and they would reimburse me. I did. They didn't. But the problem persisted and I had to return the watch..it needed a new movement. Recently I bought a watch. It came and the chronograph didn't work. I was not happy. Spoke to Izhak and he told me what to do. To be honest I did not believe him but played along. I did what he said..problem solved. He was awesome! The biggest problem I have had is that they use UPS. UPS is terrible and out of the several watches I have purchased most of them have had shipping problems (lost package, delivered to wrong address). This is not a theshop problem...but they should change to Fed Ex.
