Ordering is like a well oiled machine. Confirmation is instant. Shipping is usually next day. CS can get a little slow around holidays but they always come through in the end. I always look here first for the watch I want.

I've purchased several watches and always been pleased. The watches range from $100-$500 always purchased as a guest. ke should have joined. I'm now considering purchasing a $5000 watch with full confidence that I'll get what I ordered in a timely manner. Customer Satisfaction is a value of theshop.

Bought another watch from theshop. This time a Seiko Prospex diver I'd been looking at for a while. When it came on sale I jumped on it. I received it promptly and as expected. Always great service.
