Ordered 2 watches through theshop: Panerai Luminor & an Oris Automatic. I opted for 1 day shipping and received the watches early on the next day. The package was well protected with tons of tissue paper to prevent any damages en route. The watches are beautiful and best of all, I saved tons of money purchasing through theshop. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

The $800 quartz watch I was sent arrived with a dead battery. I was told I would have to go get the battery replaced myself and could apply for a $30 refund from theshop. This is an abuse of my time and I could find no shop that would replace the battery for less than about $50. theshop should have provided for return shipping and then sent me a watch with a fresh battery.

The web-site is designed really good, it's easy to navigate and is beautiful to look at, prices are much lower than in retail stores.I live in Ukraine. I've ordered my watch on Black Friday, by Wednesday it was in Ukrainian customs and a few day later my order has been delivered to me. In the end, even with international shipping cost, I've bought my watch for almost half the amount of money this particular model costs in online stores here in Ukraine.I've had a very good shopping experience with theshop.

I buy about one watch a year from theshop. Their prices are the best and they meet or beat scheduled delivery dates. No problems with damage or packaging.

In my last two orders, one of the items was sold out (first mistake) , Then they send the one they have with more than 2 weeks until they have the second item. As an international customer that situation suppose to me to need to cancel one in the first order, and to have a 2 months delays until I can have in my hands what I have purchased , to increase the cost for the need to resend the merchansy and In fact , until today may 21, I have not received my last purchase. I'm not sure if I will lost or not the money of my last purchased. And this only because they do not send in the same parcel the two items I have purchased .
