I purchased a Tissot Le Locle watch, the product arrived in time, it was very well packaged as described, the model was original and the price was really good because of a sale that was offered at that time. Will purchase from theshop again in the future!

Everything looks good at first. Then surprises start. For one - they are not authorized dealer for Baume & And company does not honor warranty because I did not purchase from authorized dealer.Then their price match. On the phone I was told that due to holiday season their price match extends to Jan. So, we said ok. In Jan we saw same watch discounted by $100. When called, we were directed to a third party company who told us that price match works only for 30 days. And when I called the shop, rep on the phone told me that they only guarantee price for 30 days. I replied that one of their reps told me it was extended. And that is when rep started to get really unfriendly. This was our last purchase at the shop.But, that what you get on Gray hops.
