I have a terrible experience with theshop. I wanted to use a $10 coupon for my purchase of Kors For some reason, this coupon didn't work for me, then I called theshop and the customer representative informed me that I have to place the order then theshop will give me the $10 discount afterward when I call back. I did call back and the guy who answered the phone refused to give me this discount. I informed him that somebody in the shop informed me to call back once the order is placed, but he didn't understand that and he kept in telling me "No No No there is no $10 coupon I will apply". He was really very rude and non-understandable. After this, I asked him to cancel the order because of the bad customer service. He told me that he is going to cancel the order and hanged up rudely....To me this is an unacceptable behavior and I think good companies should strive to satisfy their customers especially with frequent buyers like me. Unfortunately, this company didn't meet my expectation and I will shop somewhere else where there is a better customer service.

This is the third purchase with theshop, pleasent shopping experience, nothing to worry about, just if they can reduce the shipping cost a little bit it will be perfect !

Very good experience. Price on a new Omega watch was certainly competitive. Watch arrived in excellent packaging and shipped promptly. I am very happy with the transaction and would shop with them again.

I have purchased several items from theshop over the years and have always had a great experience. Their website it easy to navigate, items are wonderfully priced and shipping is fast. I ordered () a old Navy Blue Dial Navy Blue Polyurethane Unisex Quartz Watch. A great watch at a wonderful price. It looks great. This company it truly committed to great service with truly quality products. I enjoy owning many watches and I only shop at theshop.
