I ordered Tissot t- touch watch ad a gift to my friend and the company processed the order immediately. The watch was delivered next day. And last but not least, their price was the best available on the internet.

I bought a Vivosmart HR watch from these guys. The transaction and delivery was smooth. The watch is supposed to be usable for swimming. When I swam with it on Day 3, the watch died. All I did was wear it on my wrist and swim. And it went completely dead. Then began my nightmare. theshop basically told me the 30 day guarantee did not apply because I had used the watch. Well, obviously when one buys a watch to use, one will use it!! So what good is that guarantee to anyone?When I asked to speak to a manager, the person who got on the phone was super condescending and patronizing. Instead of calming a customer who is upset because she is stuck with an expensive brick instead of a watch, he talks down to me, tells me that I would have to bear the expense of sending them the watch back - and that "maybe" it would get repaired based on what their tests revealed. But that there is no guarantee. He was rude. Talked over me constantly. Repeated irrelevant information and details, even after I would ask him to stop going on and on. It was one of the worst models of customer service I have ever experienced.Suffice it to say, I will never buy from this place again. You shouldn't have to face the prospect of $125 going down the drain because of their crappy customer service. There was zero regard for what that loss might mean to a customer and an absolute lack of effort to make the situation right.When I called Garmin to see what they could do since I was getting no help from theshop - they said that my unit must be defective and that they will replace it. The end of the story is that theshop sold me a defective unit and then treated me with in a very condescending manner when I asked for my money back. It's definitely a BUYER BEWARE kind of store!!
