I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive watch for my son from theshop.com. Upon opening the watch box, my son immediately noticed extra lum on the watch dial. It looked as though the watch has an extra second marking above the "8" position on the dial. I went through the hassle of requesting an Rr to return the watch because I was reluctant to give theshop a second chance with an exchange. I called theshop today to check if they could sell me the same watch at the same price due to the previous order problem. After being placed on hold/r 30 minutes, I was disconnected. I then went to the theshop.com website and live chatted with a sales rep. Similar story: 30 minutes of "let me check if I can offer you the same price," but it was very apparent the sales rep was just letting me sit without taking any action on his end. After 30 minutes, the theshop sales rep responded that their watch acquisition price had increased and theshop could not match the hase price. I was not willing to give theshop a second chance under those terms and I suggest that you not give them a first chance.
