I have ordered 4 watches and several jewelry pieces from theshop and I haven't been disappointed yet. All my watches have been authentic, new and in working order. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is there just have been too many poor reviews about customer service. I find it hard that all those reviews could be wrong. Also I've seen a few youtube videos by people who have received watches that don't work from theshop. But I it all my experiences have been good.

Everything about my purchase was great. The site was easy to navigate, I received items ordered quickly and all items were received to perfect condition. The quality and service were perfect. I will definitely order again in the future!!!!!!
