Ok maybe I'm being petty but I got a great deal on two watches from this site. One of the watches was shown with an extra strap to go along with the bracelet. So fast forward to the delivery of the watches and finding out that one of them was missing the strap. I called up to get a fix to my problem and the rep just argued with me and then said he would look into it and get back to me. Up until now which is a month later I have not yet herd from anybody and have also not received the strap in the description. Poor service on what I would call a simple thing to fix. Other than that I am very happy about what I received.

I bet the first few words of my title might lead people the wrong way lol. thesshop was fantastic to me. I couldn't find the exact watch anywhere else, even the manufacturer wasn't making it anymore. Great prices at thes, fast shipping. What else is their to say, not sure why anyone would buy watches online anywhere else but thes. I'll be buying again from them soon.
