Bought my first timepiece from them...Initially, I received a defective piece, and after letting them know, they gladly exchanged it for a new one, and even sent it next day air.The overall experience was flawless and the timepiece was as advertised.I would definitely buy from them again, and I plan to in the future.Regards, A proud owned of an Omega timepiece

*Order # * I wanted to save a buck but also wanted to splurge on a Rolex. After going to countless AD's, I was disgusted by the treatment I got let alone the "boutique" pricing. So, I started my search on-line and have heard good things about theshop. Keep in mind that they are not an AD or Authorized Dealer for Rolex but the warranty is still 2 years provided by them and I have to say; "it's a Rolex and it will not be going bad under warranty anyway, trust me, I'm a watchmaker, lol". So, I saved over a 1,000 going this route and do NOT regret it at all. They acted quickly and shipped the watch early. What more can I ask for except for a polishing cloth from Rolex? lol, you'd think a Rolex would come with one but nope, they don't! I highly recommended theshop and I'm already eyeing up the Sub;)
