I've placed two ordered now since the start of 2016. One was order number . Shipping was quick and required signature at the door. For one watch, FedEx/UPS came to delivery but no one was home and set for delivery the next business day. FedEx/UPS wouldn't allow me to pick up the item at the facility without authorization from theshop. I called customer service and the representative quickled called FedEx/UPS and the item was approved for facility pick up.Great experience with theshop
