I recently bought a Citizen eco drive watch as a gift. The watch is beautiful. The price was average. When the person tried to register it with Citizen they were refused because I did not purchase the watch through a Citizen certified dealer. theshop should note this under items that they sell. The buyer should know in advance. If I would have known I would not have purchased the watch at theshop. I expect to be able to warranty register any watch I purchase with the manufacture. theshop was easy to deal with..it was an online order.. I'm not sure how easy they would be to deal with if the watch has a warranty issue at some point.
