I am very disappointed in the warranty that is given out, I understand that if for internal damage, but after purchasing a Kors watch in October of 2013 and wearing it for less than 10 times for a couple hours a day a rhinestone fell out and the clasp is not closing properly. I must mention that the clasp never closed tightly. If it was purchased directly through [external reference] I would have been given a brand new watch no questions asked. I was told by theshop to bring it to a jeweler to get it fixed. Buy Cheap buy Twice. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I was looking for a new watch last December and got it just in time. I live here in California and even though I placed the order during the holiday rush, I still received my watch. I am very happy with my purchase because the watch was reasonably priced. The box that came with the watch was well protected by the package.
