Loved theshop UNTIL TODAY! I ordered a watch on FEB.3rd for Valentines Day. I received my order # as usual. Within a few days I did not receive my tracking #. On Feb.10th I called and told them my order status said "processing" and I still did not receive my tracking #. They said they will have it emailed to me. Within 2 days is when I got my tracking # and my watch had not even been shipped yet. It said I would receive it by Feb. 15th! (Oh thats not it, not even the bad part) I was informed today by Chase I had a balance of -$88 due to my purchase from theshop of $111. theshop did not process my funds until Feb.12th! I did not have this issue when I bought a watch from them for Christmas. I won't be purchasing a watch from them for awhile.. maybe ever. I can't trust that everything will be handled in a timely manner or be done correctly.
