I've done many business with them Purchased about 6 watches plus RayBan sunglasses. Never a Problem. Brand New Boxed items with all tags....some items (I guess based on price) must be picked up in post office- some come UPS. I recommend them

I liked this place, BUT, I ordered the wrong watch (my fault) didn't wear it. When I found the watch I did want, about 10 days later I returned the original in all original packaging never worn and they wouldn't refund my money. I even bought the new watch from them. Disappointed! They said they could see wear on it. Ummm no, I didn't wear it. So for as much as I think this could be a great place to shop, I will not anymore and I will tell everyone not to as well.

I bought my first luxury watch from theshop and I think that the customet service is not so trustworthy nor responsive.

This was my first purchase from theshop, but I am truly impressed at the speedy turn around time to receive my purchase! I had an issue with a prior watch I ordered from another site that is yet to be fully resolved, but no problems with my purchase here. I haven't had to test their return or repair policies, (and I hope I never have to!), otherwise it would definitely be a 5 star review! I just tend to be conservative that way.
