Very satisfied with timely delivery and the watch ordered. It was a birthday gift for my friend. Little disappointed with the fact that the box didn't include any gift note that I had written (there was a gifting option at the time of check out that I used). Instead, they sent the receipt of the watch with price to my friend. If the gift was sent as a gift properly... I would have given a five star.

I ordered a citizen watch and I was amazed on the shipping of the watch and price as well. theshop has one of the best prices when shopping for a watch. They also send you an email on when the watch was shipped, so you can plan on being home when it arrives.great place to shop!

The watch that I purchased (Longines) came banged up and obviously used. What I also did not like was that I never got the manufacture warranty cars. I had called them and emailed them , yet they did not respond nor care
