The watch came in original brand new condition, it is a brand new watch which has never been in the shelf before. I have bought many luxury watches Tag, Tissot, Breitling and even Rolexes from stores and they often sell you a watch from shelf which is also NEW but have minor signs if wear because customers come in and try it on. With theshop that was not the case. Loved the product and their prompt customer service when enquiring about the order. Will be buying more.Thanks,SA
