This is the message I sent to customer service along with the picture of the watch. After I sent the picture, I never heard back from them:I bought the watch as a b-day present for my daughter. She studies in Europe and I ordered the watch 3 weeks before we went to visit her (can provide proof of my departure). Her b-day was gave her the watch and she immediately noticed that on the screen instead of "SWISS says "SWISS were traveling throughout Europe and we could not return the watch within the 30 days. I am still out of the country until July 12, but my husband is returning home on nd we would like to return it as soon as possible.The watch was never worn (bracelet is also very large and we were told it can't be shortened), everything is in the same condition as it was sent to us. We have other Swiss made watches and we have never seen anything like this.
