m1m951r-I had ordered a series 800 rom theshop-they billed me for 2 and I told them that.They said that they would take care of it.They did not and so I told them again and they said that they would take care of it ,but they did not.2 watches showed up at my house.A few days later I called them again and said I was double charged and that 2 watches showed up at my house.They said I ordered them and I said I did not .(The day I had ordered this watch, a coupon showed up in my email and so I asked them for a price adjust and that is apparently how the confusion started).I called them a few days later again and said I was sending one watch back for a refund but I expect them to cover the shipping since I never ordered 2 watches.They said that they would not cover the shipping because I ordered 2 watches .I said again that I did not order 2 and now I am going to have it disputed by my credit card company. It is being disputed at this time.
