This company seems genuinely interested in pleasing their customers. Their products are also original and are as good as they appear in the pictures. They are now my only source for watches.

I'm an old customer with theshop.Since many years I liked them and bought about 12 to 15 watches from them. For myself and for gifts. Ok may be I didn't buy 50 000$ watches, but still bought swiss automatic and some other. I think that such a customer would be threaded with little bit more attention.One of the watches I bought from them ( swiss automatic), has stopped working. It was in warranty. I sent it to them for repair. After a month they sent it back to me with the explanation, that "The watch has been water damaged and we are not responsible" Can you believe this????When I bought the watch it was advertised as "WATER RESISTANT'.Why in the world it could be water damaged than????? (Just want to mention that I am not a diver or pilot)So, from a showering??? Or washing hands??? Do I have to think that theshop is a fraud????Grey market or totally BLACK market!!! How can i go ahead now and buy another one? I'm afraid now. And I have the right to be afraid, don't I???
