i wanted to buy something special for myself for Christmas. I bought a new Seiko and a new Citizens watch. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEth the low prices, there was enough for me to buy two. The website is so user friendly that I can make the entire purchase online without any glitches. But I know from past experience that there is always a very helpful customer service people ready to assist should I want to speak to a human being.I always recommend JOo all of my peers

I received a watch that did not work. I called and the customer service representative told me to bring it to a local shop and have the battery replaced. Since I do not have a local shop, I asked to send it back. They face me a return authorization, but wanted me to pay the shipping...for a watch I bought and received not working. Three calls later, I have still not shipped the watch back because I haven't received a shipping label.
