Having bought several watches over the years l can only say to the excellence of the theshop . Their prices probably are the best in business and the customer service is excellent. Haven't used the warranty because never had any problems with the watches I've bought. Once I did have to exchange a watch which I mistakenly ordered and it was done easily without any problems whatsoever . Highly recommend!
