I had a bad experience with thehop after my second purchase. They placed restrictions on how UPS could deliver my package to me. When I called to have the restrictions removed because I am a UPS member, which allows me to have my package delivered to my local UPS Store, the person helping me was extremely RUDE!!. And, he hung up on me. Ridiculous!! Eventually I got some one on the phone who was patient enough to help me, however, the whole ordeal delayed my getting my watches by three days.
