Terrible communication. Terrible wait times to talk to anyone. Terrible listening skills. Terrible shipping experience. Not provided the shipping service I paid for. Indifferent staff. Current location of my package is unknown despite paying for next day airmail. Sometimes buying local is the best route. Never again!
