Wanted to return an item I ordered from Jamashop. The return button on their website under 'my account' simply returned an error (and always an error). Found the return instruction somewhere else on the web, could not find the 'return request form', so started an online chat with the CS and was treated as if I were too dumb to find the form :| Finally submitted the return form, waited for days for the Rr to come in email but have never received it. Then contacted CS twice through their online contact form, still no response at all ! Finally switched to seek help through online chat and got a Rr and when I told the CS how hard it was for me to reach the CS they simply replied 'sorry!' and nothing further. The whole process was frustrating and I did not feel being treated nicely the entire time. BTW, their package does not come with an invoice although the return instructions say you need to include an invoice in the return package. Let's see what happens next ...
