Ok it's 3 months since the Christmas holiday and I purchased the Gucci dive watch with the red and green nylon bad as a gift from theshop . Now the clasp does not stay close? It was only wore it about 8 times. theshop says it's not responsible for the bracelet or clasp , an that's in the warranty when you buy it . Ok that's fine , they told me to go to Gucci store , but Gucci won't fix it because theshop discounts the product. The worst part I liked the watch so much I purchased another one for me plus another style Gucci and two pairs of rayban . A lot of money later and nobody wants to help. Oh yes Gucci will replace the clasp for 225$ only a 30 warranty. This is a bad design and Gucci should stand by the product . Oh well no more Gucci or theshop!!
