The Rolex I bought was as you would get it at a Rolex dealer minus the Rolex warranty. I own nine Rolexes and other expensive brand watches and have never had a defect or any issue so the two year warranty is irrelevant. Naturally if you buy a $400 Gucci made in China for idiots you might be dissatisfied. Not theshop's fault.
