This company took $20 from me because their software didn't work and they shippped my item to my city without my street address. NOT my fault! So the product shipped to my city, then turned around and shipped back to them, and then I was charged $20 and never even got what I ordered. They don't seem to care about any of this. Spoke with hostile customer service, what a joke. I would NEVER shop here.
