This is the second time I have purchased from theshop. I received two pens, both of which had marks on them. theshop provided return labels for the exchange. There is a small mark on one of the exchanged pens. I will keep the pen since I do not feel like going through the process again. The representative mentioned that they would consider discounting the pen for the trouble. When I decided to keep the pen and asked for the additional discount, it could not be given. I will buy from them again but now understand their constraints.

Before buying a watch, I always check theshop first and last. theshop has replaced every other local or online watch dealer. I have purchased several watches from theshop and every transaction has been good. t order was for a Tissot chrono. theshop has a good selection of the brands I'm interested in. With low prices, frequent sales and free shipping, theshop is tough to beat. All watches I have bought arrived in the manufacturer's packaging as new.
