I have ordered several watches from theshop.com and have been very happy with the speedy delivery and customer service. I had to return one watch and I received an immediate credit back to my account. problem is a personal one, I just can't save enough money yet to buy a Rolex or Omega from theshop.com. Great company, service and watches.Thanks,Ed
